        Joy bringers. Mischief Makers.

Award-winning performers. Public space spectacle creators.

        Who are BEEF?

The Brunswick East Entertainment Festival are professional joy-makers. They activate public spaces, events and festivals bringing lightness, play and a whole lot of heart wherever they go. Created in response to the 2020 pandemic lockdowns, 4 award winning performers began dancing on their front lawn every day. Dressed in pink workout wear and colourful wigs the group went viral, attracting national news coverage and building a loyal following.

The lockdowns have ended but BEEF continues to thrive, bringing laughter, dance and connection to public spaces all over Victoria.

They specialise in dance-based performance, with a focus on positivity and inclusion.

        BEEF are excellent at:

        Activating public spaces

        Entertaining queues of people

        Attracting attention; gathering passersby

        Communicating specific messaging

Breaking the ice between patrons or guests

Bringing a sense of shared joy
